Not ALL charter schools are rip-offs designed to extract as much as possible from the public/common good without returning anything of value.
It's true.
And not ALL cops are murderous racists chafing to shoot 'brown' people in the streets.
And not ALL Congresscritters are corrupt, venal, mendacious tools of special interests.
But ENOUGH are that ALL should be approached with great skepticism and care.
